About Me

Rosa Vroom

I’m Rosa Vroom. Born in the mountains of southern Spain to a Dutch family, I’ve lived and worked across cultures, and speak Spanish, English, Dutch, and Bulgarian.

With over 15 years of experience in social and environmental campaigns, I’ve collaborated with NGOs, international agencies, and cooperatives in countries including Spain, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, Georgia, Nepal, Paraguay, Thailand, and Armenia. These diverse experiences have shaped my ability to take a holistic approach to communications—understanding each project’s unique context and designing tailored strategies that combine the right tools, channels, and formats.

From producing documentaries and photo essays to managing press and social media, or coordinating events that make a lasting impression—my work is always guided by the question: how far can we take this story?

Throughout my career, I’ve taken on roles in coordination, public relations, and marketing. But above all, I specialize in storytelling that matters—stories about social and solidarity-based economies, international cooperation, human rights and migration, social justice, and environmental justice. My mission is to help nonprofits, foundations, associations, and cooperatives—regardless of their size—find their voice and communicate what makes them unique. I craft clear, compelling messages and develop effective tools that boost impact and build stronger connections with the people they serve.

My mission

I help NGOs, foundations, associations, and cooperatives—no matter their size—discover what makes them unique ad share it with the world. My goal is to craft clear, engaging messages and develop powerful tools that amplify their impact and strengthen their connection with their communities.
